Orders & Pricing

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Order acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation email.

Payments

We accept cash on delivery, credit/debit cards via Paymob, and mobile wallets. For card payments, your card will be charged at the time of order placement.

Shipping

We deliver within Egypt only. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.

Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is outlined on our Returns page. All refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
