Free shipping on all orders over EGP 500. Fee is calculated from your governorate at checkout (managed in Admin → Shipping Zones).
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders over EGP 500. Below that, delivery depends on your governorate (see table above). Cash on delivery is available at no extra COD fee across Egypt.
Order processing
Orders placed before 2 PM Sunday–Thursday are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day. During sales and holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will get an email with your tracking number (and SMS/WhatsApp if configured). Track anytime at /track with order number + email, or under Account → Orders.
Failed delivery
Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, your package will be held at the courier depot for 3 days. Contact us to reschedule delivery or arrange a pickup.
