Free returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, COD is available across all Egyptian governorates.
How long does shipping take?
3–5 business days nationwide. Cairo and Giza orders may arrive in 1–2 days.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, size exchanges are free within 14 days at any of our 40+ stores or by courier.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
