Returns & Exchanges
14-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Free Size Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer free size exchanges within 14 days at any of our 40+ stores across Egypt or by courier. Simply bring your item with your receipt or order confirmation.
How to Return
To initiate a return, visit any Shoeroom store with your item and proof of purchase, or contact us at hello@shoeroom.com.eg or WhatsApp +20 100 000 0000. Our team will arrange a courier pickup at no cost to you.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. For card payments, the refund appears on your statement within 3–5 business days. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: items marked as final sale, items that have been worn or used, items without original packaging or tags, socks and hosiery for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
